Cross

Frogger-style traffic crossing — dodge cars and trucks to cross the road. How many crossings can you survive?

How to play

Your character starts at the bottom. Red cars move left or right across the lanes between you and the goal at the top.

Swipe up, down, left, or right (or use arrow keys) to move one cell. Touching a car ends the game.

Reaching the top scores 1 point — you restart at the bottom with faster cars.

Goal: as many crossings as you can.

Tips & strategy

The road has rhythm if you stop and watch it. Each lane of traffic moves at its own steady pace, so before you step forward, pause on a safe row and read the gap that is coming rather than the car that is in front of you right now. The players who die are almost always the ones who rush a lane on reflex instead of waiting half a second for the obvious opening.

Move one lane at a time and re-assess, treating each safe strip as a checkpoint to breathe. It is perfectly fine to sit still while a tight lane clears; standing safe costs you nothing, but a hasty step into traffic ends the whole run. As crossings get faster, the gaps get tighter, so commit fully when you go — hesitating halfway into a lane is the most dangerous place to be.
