ujem is run by one independent developer, and email is the best way to reach us. Write to us about bugs, feedback, privacy or Hall of Fame removal requests, and copyright or trademark notices.
What you can write about
- Bug reports — the game, your phone or browser, and what happened (a screenshot helps).
- Feedback and ideas for new games or guides.
- Privacy requests, such as access to or deletion of your data, and removal of a Hall of Fame entry — tell us the game, nickname, score and roughly when you saved it.
- Copyright or trademark notices — include the page address and the details listed in our Terms of Service.
There is no phone line or live support desk. Messages are read by the developer who runs ujem; we try to answer every message, but replies can take some time.
